Good news. Achilles feels almost as it did pre Tuesday. Had a scan on it on Wednesday (NHS appointment arranged ages ago). Seemed to think the bursa was more of the problem but this might have been what I aggravated on Tuesday rather than achilles.

Yet another setback. Must have overdone it yesterday although it didn't actually feel any worse than normal whilst running. Woke up this morning and it hurt lying in bed. Just hope I haven't undone 6 weeks worth of steady progress.
