Had a reasonable training week in Scotland. Disappointed as achilles wasn't up for much terrain running. On a positive note didn't have any problems with the sprint training.
Back to doctor on Tuesday for some more treatment. Once I've got over the side affects intention is to modify my training plan to hopefully get myself into shape for the sprint.
