Was suppose to be getting on the Altered Gravity treadmill at the Uni but taking some time to get in so headed for the Brownlees new under water treadmill which is in Adel. Supposedly takes 40-50% off body weight whilst running, so the step between to aqua jogging and running (although a lot more expensive than either...).
Treadmill top speed is 4.0 miles an hour and it is the water jets that add the intensity.

Did 2min reps with 1min off once I'd sort of got use to it. Did feel like I was going off the back of the treadmill a few times and had to grab the bar to pull myself forward. Other times it seemed relatively 'easy' to stay in the same place.
Slowly turning up the jets as I got into it. Last 3 or 4 were at 1.16/21.
Apparently it's best to run barefoot...but meant I've rubbed the skin off my toes...
