Went down to Vale Royal AC to see whether I can find a higher top speed doing some sessions with them. Down at Winsford on cinder track.

Session was 10x400m with 2min recovery(!)

First 5 felt comfortable. Then started noticing headwind on home straight. Bash had come down to see what was happening and told me to hit 8 and 9 hard - 8 pushed me over the edge and was just hanging on after that.
