Hip was good. Unsuprisngly didn't feel 'fit' but I don't think I've lost much in 6 weeks. Cross trainer must have worked!

Was very sloppy with the nav seeing it was basically an orange course.
4 - started looking on water feature beforehand...
6 - crossed track into wrong block...
7 - went through some forest, bad idea
14 - poor direction off open area
18 - completely disorietntated (wasn't the only one!). Stopped on track for what felt like 20s to work out what had done. Almost went back to check I'd punched the right control but decided I must have done with how I ran into it.
