Fun sprint and some hard routechoices and navigation on the collegiate campus. Definitely made quite a few errors wrong choices but running aggressively anyway.

I can manage training around work but training around Work + WOC spectating is definitely a challenge. I'm eating into my flexi hours this week. Worth it though.

Derbyshire Cave Rescue Organisation (DCRO) Dash

Nice little fell race near Castleton. I have missed these little evening fell races the last couple of years so am excited to do a few. Thankfully the thunderstorm stopped before the race! Very well flagged and marshalled which is always nice.

A ridiculously steep start for the first 2min then it eased and I was feeling good so just went hard and into the lead early to see what would happen. Felt strong pretty much the whole way which was really nice and good to see the fitness is coming back. Only the 2nd time the race has happened but took 90s of Harry Holmes' record. Just have to see how long it lasts.
