Road Cycling 1:43:00 [3] 45.0 km (26.2 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

Around the river and back to LP for coffee. Had a good sprint down the freeway holding a wheel at just under 40km/hr

Nicole got questioned on why we had not been in for 3 weeks and then told she got the coffee order wrong when she tried to order me a skinny coffee - yuk!!

Orienteering race 22:59 [4] 2.88 km (7:59 / km)

Nav Dash at JFNP, way off on the 1st control did not get into the map and miss read the tracks and went off the map to the track above then back down. Henry about 30sec me 3:10!!

Overshot 3 and went to 4 also 8 before 7

Thanks to Rob West, a nice complex course with lots of twists and turns and good use of the area.

Trail Running (in the dark) 31:47 [3] 4.84 km (6:34 / km) +145m 5:42 / km

In Adelaide so joined the OASA runners from Tyson & Ferns for a ngiht run, had to keep up as they all had good head lamps and mine was low light - may be a new one is required as I have just agreed to go to the ARA Champs?

Nice run but pretty steep in parts

Flatest ride since Belgium and Netherlands last year. Penola tourist bureau has a real bike map printed on plastic paper with 110km, 60km and a few shorter options so we settled for the 60km. South down the highway and then out to a small town west of the highway before heading back up to Penola for a good circuit but the statement "... ride through some of the most picturesque scenery in South Australia" is slighty over the top!
