Usual road route to test ankle/try and train a bit for 6day. Lots of twinges from ankle for about the first 100 yds, then ok. Usual left thigh issue surfaced toward the end, and knee damage a bit sore after. But survived. Need to test out in terrain Sunday or Monday then that's it until day 1.
