As soon as I started I just felt like I couldn't push. Really struggling with it especially when running in the forest. It just doesn't feel fun and I get so down and unfocussed and cant orienteer well anyway... good thing a few of the girls I ran with kept going or else I would've run home.
Meh not the best feeling but at least I got out and 'trained' so to speak.
