shoes: innov8 rocklite 285

was hb school relays. was real easy just got tired because was trying to run down someone and it was really steep and muddy and i was so hesitant because i thouhgt i might hurt myself before i go.lol
went out 8min behind havelock and managed to catch them up and pass them by 2min so yay we won!!lol

Had work and mitre 10 mega bbq 2day

Did 8x400m reps. Each one i did 80sec for each one. and had 1min recovery between each one. was good.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [3]

Did a 10min warm up and then did a 15min warm down

it was East coast North islands cross country. Got 9th which was quite good for me. felt so heavy and kinda sick for the first half and then just kept soldiering on .lol

Warmed up for 20min and stretched heaps and then warmed down for 15min afterwards

went on eliptical for 10min because i have a race 2mw and had 2 races ib the last few days.

Did 30min of pilates exercises ive picked up off my dvds lol. just tpo get my blood moving b4 2mw

Running Race race 10:30 [4] 2.7 km (3:53 / km)
shoes: Nike Cross-Country Spikes

Did the Tauranga/Napier girls High exchange cross country. Was at 9.30 in the morning. Did roughly 10.30 for roughly 2.7km course. It had quite a few hills in it. Was a pretty good race. Got 5th. only one other NGHS girl in front of me.

Warmed up for 20min around the track and then stretched etc.
After the race i warmed down for 10min
