was down near muriwai beach end of woodhill.
-first exercise was just focusing on route choice etc...
-2nd exercise was with pairs and you take turns at leading a leg and discuss what you are thinking on the way...i did it with Imogene..it was really good!
-then i did the final course but cut off a few controls as i had to get back...but Hanny shadowed me and pointed out really useful tips!good fun :-P

Did some intervals down at the park thing behind havelock high...was good...first one seemed to be ages tho...i did 7x2min hard with 90sec recovery in between each one...was good

pretty bloody intense!!! calves sore!!lol

did a long run around the roads in Havelock...was ok...knee got a little bit sore towards the end of the run...
tried to concentrate on landing on the ball of my foot...calves a bit tight now...

did the usual core exercises...

did hill reps... 10x30sec with 1min recovery between each one... was good...
