went for a walk with mum up the peak tracks in the morning

went for a long run up the peak tracks, pretty much covered every track, including the goat track, what a freakin mission!!!!!

ran 12x1min hard with 1min recovery between each...was pretty good, ran up in the reserve and peak tracks so was pretty physical!!

went at normal pace for 20min, then went harder for 15min and then normal pace again for 15min...was really good!!

went around the reserve and peak tracks so a bit of up and down

warmed up for 15min and down for 18min

10x1min efforts with 1min recovery in between, did them with amber in the dark on the roads and in the drizzle, fun times...NOT...

felt okish...bit tired...

Warmed up with team members for 15min and stretched and then warmed down for 10min after...

Duncans Bday.Wanganui Around the Lakes Relay. was the last (4th) starter, didnt get passed and was catching people but didnt actually pass anyone :-(
was kinda pissed of because i really wanted to do under 8min, but i didnt...grr! it went off road and was on the gravel which i felt a bit slippery to run on...
