OY6 out at Whanawhana, was really steep to me and i found it physically exhausting!! walked alot of it...there were two longish legs, and i kinda took the wrong route choices for them...

warm up about 4min, warm down about 1min :P very big warming up/down!

did a 40min run at E pace with 8x40-50m strides in the middle...
felt real god for first 15min, then felt like shit, especially after strides and in between...felt like no energy :(

winsor pilates, and some intense stretching for my calf/hamstring, really sore!

before breakfast... run at E pace, once again not a very good morning person...got a big sweat up at 7am!!quite warm day!
did 7x40-50m strides at the end

run in the arvo...was pretty average...calf/hamstring was pulling a bit...

did 7x40-50m strides in the middle

ran around usual loops etc... felt pretty good...except for my hip...it is quite sore...:( doing lotsa stretches for it though...really sore when walking, but bettter when running as it warms up...
did 7x40-50m strides on the flat under the bridge on grass...good ones..

was supposed to go for 70min, but i felt a bit sick, and my hip is really sore...think i am getting sore injury again :*(

just a run around the roads etc at E pace...felt a bit sick, as ate too much ice cream etc at school for our "last lesson" parties! :-P also did 6x40-50m strides in the middle of my run
