around taradale...

was at physio and i ran at physio so Tony could see how it was...

he worked on it before i ran, and then it felt okish when i started out running... but at about 15min in it started to really hurt :(

he says its not achilles which is good... but its coming from the stupid sprained ankle i had over a year ago!! :S grrr...

hes given amber instructions on how to push the fibula or something like that down ...lol... before each training... he also said i can keep training if i can hansle the pain...lol...we shall see

running around 3 potential maps for sprint the bay 2011...just checking them out... achilles/ heel was so sore :(

summer series...

slow beacause:
1. hard to see the street controls
2. takes me foreveer to clip them
3. my sore heel/achilles thing hurt!!
