I HAD A SPILL! I hit the dump piece of sidewalk that was sticking up from the gound and did a superman fly... right onto the concrete. Scraped hands, elbow, twist of ancle.. but the most hurt is my ego!
Was almost at my mid way point, turned around to head back; kept running but didn't complete my 3 miles. Should have kept going cause I feel fine now (well except my ego).
