Ran towards JCC, but path was blocked, so needed to double-back to cross over Winton bridge - then west to Clinton bridge & back. Very plodding pace. Knee is grumpy (in a very stiff way, not painful).

Had some fun today, as there were several crossings of streams or mud that required going across a log. Would not attempt mossy logs without the studded shoes.
