Managed to recoup from the day before, ran conservatively at first but got more confident. Made one parallel error... but recovered pretty quickly, other than that no large losses. Really nice course.
Major muscle soreness pretty much over, noticed it as soon as I got up this morning :)

Late to yoga as usual (my time management skills need work). Hard on the core today, and really had to stabilize my knees with my quads to not have some pain. Bit creaky in general... nice view when upsidown though ;)
