Got up early and rode to the pool. It wasnt even cold.

Went for a swim down at the Morrisset pool. I did:
50m warmup
10x 100m
2x 200m
50m warmdown

I only did freestyle as i didnt want to hit my toe on something doing another stroke.

Got my X-ray results back and theres a fracture on my second last toe.
Im allowed to do anything but run on it and kick the footy so i should be able to ride and stuff

This was terrific icing on a very poor cake.
I had a great run with the 7th fastest time. You can think wat you like but i was navigating myself as i thought there would be split controls. The other people just gave me a gage to run fast.

navigated well but struggled in pain around the 2nd half of the course cause i didnt want to let the team down. But it was a no race

This was a really good run that could have been alot better had i not made a 8 min mistake at number 11.

Not the greatest way to start wat was a disapointing week at the office. I had an alright run lost 8-9 min at number 4 and 2-3 min at number 7. I simply went to the wrong mark for 12
