Really didn't get any sleep and 2 hours is a bit generous, I just felt awful.

Felt awful and I just couldn't orienteer very well. Big mistake on 7 and I got bitten by about 4 bees simultaniously coming out of #8. Don't really have too many good things to say about this course so i'll leave it at that.
