I think I might look into a floatation device for tomorrow, it might make it slightly easier, and could possibly be better for form because I don't need to put in as much effort to stay afloat. Once again, really really tough.

Nice ride. Got to play demoralise the roadie at one point, but they were pretty slow so it wasn't all that satisfying. Definitely want a new bike.

Foot is still hurting to walk on, will see how swimming goes today. Seeing a physio tomorrow about it. Hopefully I'll be good to go for the NOLs! In the meantime crosstrain like crazy.
