NOY 6 at Balickera. Ran a pretty perfect race except for losing about 1:30 on #14. Went straight thinking I'd hit the creek just below the control and run up into it. Ended up hitting just above and so ran up the creek until I realised I was wrong. Running wasn't too bad given my lack of lately, climbed the hills up into #7 and #10 fairly well although was feeling it by the top. Wrapped up the NOY for the 7th year in a row.

A very rare gym session. Won't be many of these, or any other exercise really for at least another 8 weeks until my work experience is over. Working 7:30 to 5 and then 6 to 9 every other day doesn't leave time or energy for anything else.
