I had a great race, lots of climbing and trail running! I liked the view we had today and super +15 weather. I would like to run with new team-mate Mike Lucente.

We were really good in orienteering and not too far from the 2d and 3d male teams in the end. If I would not die last 2-3k, we would got them.

There are several organizational things I would like to be improved, but in general organization 7/10. Course 8/10 (if the maps would be little bit more accurate it would be 9/10). All the event 8/10!

Personal mistakes: took the 3d power gel too late and had hard 10min before it started to work, did not put an extra water on the 2d station and ran out in a 1k or 2k after. For that reason, could not eat my last gel, which slowed me down and make me tired sooner. Lots of room for improvment. I am happy that before the winter training season, I know what and how I should improve!
