Orienteering 25:38 [3]

Park o final at Tighes Hill Tafe. Legs felt pretty tired after yesterday and it was relatively easy navigation and lots of running so it was not really my kind of race today. May have lost a bit on route choice i guess but i was just pretty gone after the map change, it felt so long!

Running 15:00 [3]

10 min warm up and then some jogging to get controls at the end. Nice of the rain to stop!

Orienteering 19:10 [3]

Sydney Sprint series. Ridiculously tricky in the tunnel sections and i think impossible to feel good about control flow and navigation but god it was fun. Lost a minute and a half because i followed some other runners down what I thought was the path out of 24 but turned out to be really thick and took me to the wrong spot. Legs were not real fresh though so it was a bit of a slow time anyway. Thanks to Andy for the courses!

10 min jog to the start and then 5 min back to the car. Was very happy to have a drink of water :)

Orienteering long 1:32:44 [3]

Got the chance to run the W17-20E course from 2012 at Astleys Tower with tapes thanks to the Dawsons! Really strange to have made such different route choices from when i ran the course back then. Pleasing with how i felt on the long leg running along the road up the hills, but i got a little tired and wasn't very aggressive through the forrest after about control 7 and then was super bad through the last loop with my navigation. The tapes at 7 and 11 had either been eaten or taken down so i spent quite a bit of time making sure i was actually in the right spot, maybe even 2 mins at number 11 i think. So i think that makes an alright time! Lost some time on mistakes and could've done with a drink of water or two but it was really enjoyable regardless so im not phased :))))

Went to Sydney for a visit to Tracy and Paula. A bit of a jog from the train station to Paula's then a bit of running down at the oval working on technique. Turns out when i know what to concentrate on and focus real hard i can run like a normal person!! I promise myself and all of attackpoint that i'll be rool good with doing my drills and exercises

Not entirely sure how far a lap of the oval was but 4x 1lap and 3x 2laps with Tracy. Well worth the trip :)

The orienteering netball team is back, and we had a win!!! First half GK and then GD and i don't think i have ever been so frustrated with myself, no matter how much i tried i legitimately could not move fast enough. My opponent did about three darts and i was still only reacting to the first one! Drives me so mad!!!

Park o at King Edward park set by Macey, so of course it was brilliant ;) In hind sight i feel like I didnt go out hard enough because i was so scared for how hilly it would be but i was definitely feeling it when i was out there. Lost about 50 seconds on number 18 because i went into the green waaaaay too early and then 30 seconds on 21 because i was getting yelled at by people and didnt take a propper bearing... both just stupid mistakes!

Pulled up a little tight and tired in the legs so i switched today to just a run knowing Macey would have a rool tough parko set tomorrow! Dont think i would've fit anything else in before work anyway. Had a bit of trouble with my breathing at the end again, it stresses me out so bad when it happens! And i saw a snake, eurghhhhhhhh

Such a good class! Legs are feeling a little tired so this did it for today. My arms are still shaking though, typing this is a struggle...
