Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Orienteering race (State league #4) 38:43 [3]

Super fast map! Not feeling anywhere near 100% today, got myself a bit of a head cold :/ not a lot of energy in the middle of the course especially, so pretty surprised my time isn't too far behind. Navigated pretty alright though, just a bit hesitant coming into the controls.

Running warm up/down 38:51 [3]

Warm up from uni to Braye park in the search for a hill. Overwhelmed by choice once I got there!
Then the warm down jog back and some drills.

Running hills 16:50 [3]

8 x 1min hills. Settled for a hill that was a bit curved so i didn't have to look at the top the whole time ;) Pushed hard and was pretty dead by the end. Finding it hard to get myself pumped to train the last few days, but then once i get going i've been loving it. Pretty nice view of the starting to set from the top of the park too which was nice!

Full game at GK. The Angels killed it!

Warm up warm down drills, the usual.

Running intervals 24:00 [3]

8x 400m on a 3min cycle, all with real good company :) Really couldn't get the pace right at the start, times were 89, 86, 87, 88, 87, 87, 88, 87. Legs got fatigued but i think otherwise my body coped well. Was feeling soooo so so sleepy beforehand and i just wanted to have it done, so glad it went well enough.

Body blitz at the gym. Good class! My whole body is jelly.

Running long 1:45:00 [3]

Waited for the 10mila results and then headed out for training super inspired. Two loops at Glenrock, one with mum one by myself. Didn't have a heap of sleep so pretty pleased I didn't get too fatigued. Hadn't eaten enough though for an afternoon long run and started to feel a bit hungry at the end. Such a nice day for it! Had a great time!
