I hurt my hip in hockey yesterday then it got nailed in floor hockey today. It hurt to run so I didn't go to cross country. I felt bad and was going to run but it was really dark and scary (and freezing!) outside so I hoped on and did my bike workout.

Good old strength workout. If I remember correctly, it wasn't quite as bad as last nights... but I can't exactly remember todays, much less yesterdays, just that todays seemed easier at the time.

A fun game with my LTS class. I kinda dominated so I decided to play easy. I only scared a double hat... :P
