tie game, not fun too long a drive. Very physical game

really nice trail run. Took about 10 minutes of the beaten path and had a pretty good time.

I only did half the the workout before I listened to myself. I was saying "GIVE ME A BREAK DARNIT!" so I stopped and gave my body a break, still worked though

Nice warm up, jog down to the school

4 hard, 2 easy x5. I was originally only going to do 4 reps, but someone once told me to do 20 minutes of the hard part (total time), so I decided to just do 4 more hard. I think I managed to keep the same pace the whole time, it was on almost perfectly flat ground too, the bike path. I was heading back when I decided to do the last one so my cool down was also my easy stage (I was almost home). that was the end of my workout.

Hard day, Andrew gets a day off from strength. I'll still do some push ups and ab stuff though, just nothing hard. It will take me about 3 minutes to do it all.

VERY COLD AND WET! I wish I woulda run faster... I was running 18:30 pace for 2k, but then the 3rd k took me 5:30 (it was all slightly uphill but you don't notice it). the 4th k I did in almost exactly 3 min (made up 1 min) then the last was over 4 I think.

Did a 45 second jumping jack set to warm up then the normal strength workout. Wasn't too bad. But definately not fun...
