Ultimate 30:00 [3]

First game of the season and first time our team has played together. We lost to VT Commons in the last 3 seconds. Final score was 11-10. They've been practicing since december, and only played their best kids. We cycled all 9 of our players. Granted, we were all at least decent. Aparently it's my fault my brothers' watch is broken because I through him a bad pass which he had to dive for causing the watch to break.

Running 50:59 [3] 9.67 km (5:16 / km)
ahr:179 max:202

Long run. 6 miles. Sent mike out along the road on the bike and I made went along the trails and we met up. I then went back along the golf course which totaled 4 miles. To finish it off, we both went down to the central school and back. nice easy run.

I did get my HR over 200, though!! I have no idea when...

Note

Noticed some pain in my knee today while waiting around at best buy. Only hurts when I bend my leg completely, but doesn't bother me regularly. My mom says it's my ACL which is kind of worrysome.

Running tempo 20:00 [4] 3.0 mi (6:40 / mi)
ahr:168 max:187

Guess on distance because my watch died. I knew there was low batt so I brought my timex just for time. Distance is close, though. I got 7 min of data from the watch which I used for max and avg HR

Running 28:04 [3] 4.0 mi (7:01 / mi)
ahr:180 max:199

Very solid run. Cold and wet helped I think because I felt very comfortable running. The HRs surprised me, though, because I didn't feel like I was running that hard, especially the max. I think I could have done another mile or so at that pace, too. My best mile pace was my third at 6:31. My first and second miles were 7:04 and 6:58. Had I slowed down a bit on the third mile, I probably could have brought my last mile down to 7 minutes instead of 7:30.
