I went on a hike with this guy who picked me up at the L.A. airport. It was pretty sweet, he gave me a ride and we went to Mount Mugu. Took a nice exploratory route back to the bottom, hehe. I think we have a date tonight. :-)
To/From work. Legs exhausted from 6.5 hour barista shift, no breaks, constant lifting moving squatting etc.

Could only manage a short workout because of tired legs and feet, so did a mile or so of pole-to-pole sprints in the middle of workout. Also 40 bench dips, 50 situps.
Usual loop, but then decided to tack on some surges at the end. Felt really, really good. over 70 degrees out, gorgeous. Inspired by volunteer stint at yesterday's marathon. Plus: 60 situps, 20 hardcore pushups.
