dont think im very good at longs. cant keep a solid pace the whole time but meh.

orienteering race 16:50 [5]

sprint- pretty happy bit hesitant and slow. alright pace a few rookie errors eg 180 error. control 19 got me cause it was in the wrong spot so like 20 secs there.

orienteering race 36:24 [3]

good race. solid pace. lost a min on 6 cause ankle twisted and stood in the creek for a bit wondering if i should keep going. so after that i was a lot more pussy in my running style. like walking through all marshes.
no mistakes at all so really happy

saw some dude with a jacket that looked like it was from sweden....orienteer maybe?

run from home up ainslie down ainslie and back home. didnt really stop only for a few secs at top to admire the setting sun that i only just got to the top in time for. nice run
