Bike Riding (Mountain Devils Party) 1:30:00 [3] 15.0 km (6:00 / km)

Course around Sydney Olympic Park with questions at each control. Was great fun, didn't get 3 of them. Got caught in this massive down pour just after I started and took shelter under a tree for a couple of minutes.

AROC Race 1:36:00 [3] 19.0 km (5:03 / km)

Weren't allowed to swim or kayak so the first leg was a loop around which was 4km, with 1 bike per team. Followed by a ride to the Uni of Canberra with a score event which I navigated, then a ride around suburbia where we collected 3 controls, the last being at a swimming pool. Here each team member had to go down this freezing, and awesome water slide 3 times. Had a sprint to the finish against some Canberra Grammar boys but route choice saved us. Ending up with 1st overall in the novice class. Really hurt my foot in the water slide cause at the end when we plunged into the pool, i let my feet drop and landed on my ankle at an angle. It really hurts to walk on,let alone run, but ok to bike ride. Won an awesome prize of a pair of $200 Rudy Project sunnies each!

Orienteering (Summer Series) 31:08 [3]

Had 15 minutes to spare but had a really great run. Loved the map and had no difficulty finding any controls. Scored 300 which was pretty low, but happy with my run.

Swimming (Swim Club) 20:00 [3]

There were no cross country trials at school today because it was too hot. But afterschool I went to swim club. Swam 50 everything with warm downs. Legs were hurting before the 50m butterfly but after the race and a cool down they were fine.

Orienteering (Summer Series) 39:00 [3]

Got back 6 minutes early and only got 300 (i think). During the course I fell over and somehow managed to hook my arm around a tree, so now there are heaps of cut on the inside of my elbow and its really red. Saw Jess afterwards and she's interested in doing the schools series, which is really good. Today I have the swimming carnival today and cross country trials on friday.

Running 38:00 [3]

Went for a run down the park with dad. Was quite good at first but my ankle only hurt when running over small rocks. Today though my osgood slaughter seems to have returned and my legs are so sore from it.
