Ran down to the local pool and did some hills training then ran back to the school round about and did stairs, first 20 on each leg, then 15 and then 10. Break for 20 seconds then we did a sprint around the school back to the school oval. Grabbed a drink then went upstairs to do some boxing. We went in partners then the boxer did 20 front on's, 20 cuts and 20 uppers. Then the holder did 10 star jumps while the boxer held a prone hold until they finished. Repeated 5 times then swapped. Then had a minute break. Then repeated only this time we did 20 sit ups and punches. Then the holder ran 100m while the boxer did a prone hold again. Repeated 5 times then we were finished. My abs really hurt and my arms are killing me!
