Gym (Countdown) 25:36 [3]

Did some sets of strength exercises. Did:
10 sit ups with the exercise ball
10 supermans
10 pushups (girl)
10 support leg cross overs
100 running arms with weights

Continued to do this for 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
Had a 5 minute break and walked around outside.

Repeated the exercises above.
My times were;
1st set: 9:42
2nd set: 10:54


Athletics (Beep Test) 20:00 [3]

Ran down to park across the road. Set up the beep test. Got 8.1 and felt really bad and un- energetic. Probably from this morning.

Orienteering (Summer Series) 45:00 [3]

Don't know exactly how far, but was approx. 4-5 km. Was in the city, near Luna Park. Wanted to go to the control through Luna Park, but it was too far away! : (. Had a good run, except have these 2 big blisters from my orthotix. Scored 370 points in the end!
