Did some sets of strength exercises. Did:
10 sit ups with the exercise ball
10 supermans
10 pushups (girl)
10 support leg cross overs
100 running arms with weights
Continued to do this for 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
Had a 5 minute break and walked around outside.
Repeated the exercises above.
My times were;
1st set: 9:42
2nd set: 10:54
Athletics (Beep Test) 20:00 [3]
Ran down to park across the road. Set up the beep test. Got 8.1 and felt really bad and un- energetic. Probably from this morning.
