Today in boiling weather we walked to the highest point in the Isle of Pines. It took us 2 hours to walk up and 1:45 to walk back.
On the way back down it started pouring and down near the bottom you had to walk through a creek and at one stage it was above my waist.

Ping Pong match for Kids Club. I won a gold meadal for the girls, but only because there were 2 other girls I had to play and one didn't want to do it after one match cause she couldn't hit the ball and the other one had never played before so she kept hitting the ball out.

Was really frustrated cause i wasn't allowed in the gym even if my dad was with me, which meant my limits to exercise were running/walking outside, ping pong and rock climbing.
