Ran around a bit and then did some ladder exercises. Really needed to go to the bathroom so I had to run from one side of the map to get to the toilet block and back. When I returned people were already returning from their first course.

First time running after my knee. Was alright for the first few, had to adjust my running style a bit and the tendon up near my hip began to hurt.

Had a great run but probably chose the longest route to some controls. The tendon in my leg was fine whilst I was running but after I finished it was so sore, It was really hard to walk. Ran through a patch of blackberries at one stage and had heaps of cuts on my legs.
