resting today so that my leg can heal. Am going to the physio tomorrow so hopefully it will be better soon

Warm Up/ Down 25:00 [3]

Ran around a bit and then did some ladder exercises. Really needed to go to the bathroom so I had to run from one side of the map to get to the toilet block and back. When I returned people were already returning from their first course.

Orienteering (Walka Water Works) 30:17 [3] 4.7 km (6:27 / km)

First time running after my knee. Was alright for the first few, had to adjust my running style a bit and the tendon up near my hip began to hurt.

Had a great run but probably chose the longest route to some controls. The tendon in my leg was fine whilst I was running but after I finished it was so sore, It was really hard to walk. Ran through a patch of blackberries at one stage and had heaps of cuts on my legs.

Once we left the caravan park there was this massive hill which was totally awesome. Was the only one to make it up the top and was offered to join our schools mountain bike team for the inter-schools challenge in september. Only one bush trail which was disasterous. Was dismounting my bike and pulled my knee over when I heard/felt a pop. Automatically I grabbed my knee, fell to the ground and my bike fell ontop of me. Turns out I dislocated my knee and tore/strained some ligaments in the inside of my knee.

Was really easy today cause it wasn't really MTB but instead we just rode on roads. Bikes were really uncomfortable but had a great time.

Had a little trouble. At one stage I was too far done and missed about 3 controls so I started going up higher but ended up too high. All in all was a great exercise to do which really helped.

Orienteering (Relocation Exercise) 40:00 [3]

Great time and helped heaps with remembering my route before I ran off. Was great fun.
