Warm up then 50 free,back and brest. Happy with my freestyle time and quite surprised. But my legs hurt heaps after breastroke cause i fell down the stairs before hand

Was over three kilometres because i took a longer route as to incorporate more pedestrian crossings into my run. Was quite happy, because my knee didn't hurt at all! YAY!! Maybe next time i'll take dad's garmin....

Warm Up/ Down (Intense Stretching) 15:00 [3]

Firstly did heaps of stretching for all muscles of the body then did exercises for my knee. No running home today after rain and my knee hurting whilst walking around school

Ran from school home, rice run with a great balance of up and down hill. First time running without tape.....which was good to finally have full use of my knee.
