Intervals session with Darvo. Firstly for warm up scounted the park for a good loop and then some stretching.
First loop 4.57 then 1.30 break,
second time round cut the loop a little shorter so did 4.20 then 1.30 rest
last loop Darvo wanted me to pace myself rather than him set the pace so did 4.18 then warm down jog and stretch.
