Athletics 1:15:00 [3]

New coach the club hired, first did warm up laps then stretching using the med balls. After some drills to improve running technique then some running legs. After some stretching

Intervals 36:00 [3] 4.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Intervals session with Darvo. Firstly for warm up scounted the park for a good loop and then some stretching.
First loop 4.57 then 1.30 break,
second time round cut the loop a little shorter so did 4.20 then 1.30 rest
last loop Darvo wanted me to pace myself rather than him set the pace so did 4.18 then warm down jog and stretch.
