Orienteering 1:25:01 [3] 6.5 km (13:05 / km) +164m 11:37 / km

Found the terrain quite physically straining in the middle section of the course. Used the tracks during my navigation, which helped most of the time. On control 5 knew i had overshot the control so reverted back to the track, and performed a quick relocate. Then at no 8 was quite confused by the small markings of cliffs along the gully, whilst infront of me were some rather large ones.

Orienteering 19:59 [3] 2.7 km (7:24 / km) +70m 6:33 / km

Ran well, despite the fact i marjorly mucked up one control. Thought i was going between 2 buildings but was between the set to the left. Then was confused by the rounabout and garden because they looked identical to where i was meant to be! Guess i just had a major concentration lapse.

Orienteering 57:46 [3] 3.9 km (14:49 / km) +130m 12:42 / km

Had learnt from my last run here to be absolutley confident in my route choice and to be overly careful. Only one minor error, where i was too far down from a ridge, other than that a pretty clean run, probably should have run faster, but was being careful, also need to read my control descriptions more thoroughly, especially when they specify the control is at the foot of a cliff.

X-Country (IGSSA) 17:47 [3] 4.0 km (4:27 / km)

Roughly my correct time. Was happy with the first third of my run. Then managed to get a stitch and was quite unstable in my stride. Placed 87th in the end. Not very happy and will have to do some really beneficial training for next year. :(

Intervals 30:08 [3]

With Daro and dad, loops were just under a km or so;
loop1- 3.38
loop 2- 3.38
loop 3- 3.32

Was genuinley tired on the last loop but pushed harder because i knew i would be going a bit slower. 5 min warm up-running the loop followed by 5 mins of stretching. Afterwards 10 min warm down/ straight and smooth
