Orienteering (Garingal Juniors Event) 44:26 [3] 4.4 km (10:06 / km)

After helping out on registration, ran the short orange. Weather was drizzly in some parts but got wetter from the bush rather than the rain. Great course. lovely boardwalks to run along.

Orienteering (Collecting controls) 20:00 [3]

mum drove me down to the bush area then did this massive loop on all the trails to collect 4 controls. Bush was so quiet...not a soul in sight.

Running (Terrain Run) 1:00:00 [3]

Terrain run with Darvo up at Hornsby after the event. First a warmup along a bush trail then 5min of smooth and 5 min of straights. After that 5 mins combined. Then 15min straight running over all the rocks, bracken and logs. Grass was very spikey, and leggs were very tired at the end. Warm down was along the track and back.

Yoga 26:00 [3]

Had planned to go swimming this evening however got to the pool and found out the pool closed an hour earlier because of new winter opening and closing hours. So instead came home and did a yoga session. Was very soothing and helped my back and shoulder alot.

Warm up running one loop then stretching.
Added an extra loop today so did 4 with 90 sec res inbetween each

For warmdown did a loop of the exercise machines.
Times were 2-3 seconds slower than last week but i think thats because i did some track intervals yesterday. Probably do some yoga tomorrow.

Athletics 1:15:00 [3]

3 laps w/p then some exercises with the med ball, drills and cone jumping things. After did 4x 200m with 1min rest inbetween. My times were 38,37,38,37. After two figure 8 laps with the sides hard running and diagonals jog.
Stretching, my right hip really hurts for some reason.
