Wet in the grass and quite alot of it to battle thought too. Hills were challenging in some places, especially the very steep finishing leg!. Happy with my run, however matt caught me at the first control :(
2 laps warm up followed by a further 2 laps where we ran hard along the straights and walked the short sides.

8x200m on the track. First 4 ran along the track then jogged the diagonal back to the start line. Had a 5 min break then the last 4 alternates between 2 on the track and 2 on the grass. Times were as follows

some footballers in my lane who were doing different lunges up and down the pool which made it annoying because had to keep overtaking them
