Physio yesterday said that i still have to rest. Have been having a bit of trouble with my knee caps, especially my right bacause now my right shin bone (dont know the technical n ame right now) has grown 3-4mm putting strain on the cap. when doing a lot of walking or riding must now tape it. on camp will do training on mon and tues and see how i am as to wether i do the sprint on wednesday.
So my calves and feet were aching soooo much today, i suspect last night i had a mass of cramps in my legs......tonight will have a radox bath and then stretch afterwards. physio tomorrow morning, and probably a swim in the afternoon.
