Note

Not much time to train today was going to go for a bike ride but not enough time! , just packing pretty much the whole day..slowly, then had to go in for a packing day at school. Off tomorrow moring to tas :)

Swimming 1:10:00 [3]

The usual w/u including abs circuit, xcountry, side set.
Main set included:
20,40,60,40,20 sec of running with the same amount of rest as the interval
x3 (the second set w fins)
Followed by 3x flag side running set
Tyre intervals 8x15 sec with 15 sec rest inbetween
3x10 medball throws whilst treading water (3kg)

Walk at enfield park with 18kg pack and boots just to ensure i have no blisters. However do have cramps in my lower calves.

Running 40:51 [3] 7.0 km (5:50 / km)

Training was cancelled because of the motor car racing at homebush so decided to run home instead. Had to wait at the lights for some time, but it was nice running along the canal and golf course. Too bad it was concrete all the way. Measured up to be about 7km.

Orienteering (SSS #9 Artarmon) 45:10 [3] 7.0 km (6:27 / km)

Rather wet run, and legs weren't moving as well as what id hoped. Nav was really disjointed as well, had to keep checking the map quite a bit. Wasted about 6 or so minutes trying to find no. 21 but went back at the end and found it

Trials for teams next year, luckily they werent postponed again...arm was really tight the next day but good to see I haven't lost all hand-eye co-ordination
