Div B course...no real main errors and surprisingly did not have difficulties deciphering the rock mapped! Only one small blow, which I probably could have prevented anyway...ended up costing my 3 or 4 minutes......should have slowed down because it was easy to make a mistake choosing which shallow gully the cliff was in

Note

After my course took Georgia and Rebecca around doing half of the Div A course. Just pretty much introducing them to the ideas of reading contours, bearings, attack points, catching features and a heap more stuff.

Left later than what I wanted to but I guess you have to deal with that when you sleep through your own alarm....anyway pretty chilled ride. stopped at some of the exercise things and did a couple of reps.....the cooks river cycleway isn't too bad except for the amount of people using it!

Med ball and strength exercise circuit....really beginning to notice my lack of arm muscles-makes it terribly difficult to even attempt the arm med ball exercises
