Did a 400 work out. It wasnt supposed to be to hard because we have states saturday, so we did it so we were aerobic at the end of each one. The first two were at 90 and the next eight were at 76.

Oddest warm up ever. First we tried to use the bathrooms but there was a cop guarding them cause some other team vandalized them. So none of the guys could go and take a nice crap. Then we went to the opposite end of the golf course and started stretching until it started to rain, thunder, and hail. So we had to run like heck to the ice rink where every one was taking shelter. We freezed our wet butts off in there and then still had to do another warm up and race afterwards.
