Did my fitness test for west point; didnt do the best on the upper body stuff, but I aced the running part.

After the test I went to the weight room with my friends and did a little, then I went to swim practice. I was dead for this because of the test and weight room, also this was the first time that I have gone to swim practice in about 5 months.
