Now the weight has suddenly dropped again - wasn't feeling too good yesterday which might have reduced my intake of miscellaneous

Jogged home from Varsity - legs still slightly stiff and definitely feeling slow and heavy.

The slowest ever to the kiwi and back - I was knackered the whole way - it started out monster hot and then the southerly started to cool things down once I had done the main climbs. Had some good drinks from the water fountain at the MTB tracks on top of Vic Spur - that was soo good. Not sure why I'm so smashed today, normally I feel good the day after the 5 k races.

Slow bike ride to Varsity - doesn't count despite a couple of sweaty spots on my Tshirt
