ECOC's Long. Took it out easy and never really got going. Mistake on the first control, sloppy elsewhere. Right ankle felt a bit weak beforehand (did something to it early in the week, not quite sure what) and I lacked confidence anywhere the footing was tough. Ok start for the week, but lots of room for improvement. Right calf a bit tight afterward.

Ski practice at S Broadview. Warm-up running, some sprints. Then zone 3/4 ski-striding intervals. 4-4-3-3-2-2. Nice work-out. Was feeling sluggish to start, pretty good on the z3 intervals, then a bit wiped on the faster z4 intervals. First ski-striding of the season!
