Not bad. Made a mistake going one watercourse too far.
Did enough to qualify though.
Running warm up/down 45:00  5.0 km (9:00 / km)
Orienteering race 13:40  3.14 km (4:21 / km)
Was a little rushed through the first few controls and was taking bad routes & losing time.
Got more under control at the end. Was crossing paths with Craney and could feel him catching me. Felt like I had plenty of speed left in me at the end.
