Brockwell lido again, up to 16 degrees now which is nice and comfortable in a wetsuit
500m steady swimming, 500m drills, 500m with a couple of pushes. Learned doing the pull buoy drills that I am quite unbalanced and probably using my legs/arms too much to rebalance rather than lever myself forwards. Need to concentrate on this and better core strength wouldn't hurt either.
absolutely knocked for 6 this morning. Felt like a case of food poisoning to begin with but by mid-afternoon more like general lethargy. Possibly too early to have done some hard work yesterday? Although felt fine before and after.
