Run on Red River bike trail out of downtown Shreveport.

Still feel pain in hip, but if I run "just right" it goes away. I'll just see how this goes. Maybe I'm stretching out something. Anyway, it didn't hurt much so I wanted to get some distance in. I thought I might go for eight, but 7.5 was enough. It was getting harder to "run right".

Turns out I was able to go a lot faster once I got my posture right and tightened up some muscles in my legs while running.

Red River bike trail in Shreveport LA. 92 degrees.

Saw lots of toads on the trail. Saw two armadillos wandering around in the grass- pretty cool. They weren't timid.

First run in quite a while. Pain in my hip that's been around for a few months, I think I got it when I carried Sophia home from school about 6 months ago on my hip. That kind of freaks me out.

Didn't feel very energetic, but wanted to run at least 4 miles since my AF class is running four tomorrow. Managed to push to five, but that was enough.
