oh dear...that was heavy evening, is it old age? just can't to do this drinking malarky.

don't envy a trip in a minibus down to Birmingham

went back to bed and woke up feeling much better. took Jamie for a 75 minute walk / slow jog near Pitlochry, had a look at fish ladder and walk along loch.

Session with physio - level 1 injury very unwise ti run at the weekend as could last ages i.e. 5 months of a little achilles strain

...so no running or racing or biking, what shall we do - sample lots beers!

hip flexor sore from Monday circuits and biking over weekend - plan to give it a rest today - should be ok for the weekend fingers crossed

Interval Session on cross trainer at the gym- 4*1 min 3*2 min 4*1 min with 1 minute rests

Could feel hip flexor so didn't really push things

max HR 165

warm up for 10 minutes on bike and stretching afterwards in the gym
